Job Duties: 

  • Follow blueprints or specifications for size, color, type, and thickness of glass to be used
  • Remove any old or broken glass before installing replacement glass
  • Cut glass to the specified size and shape
  • Make or install sashes or moldings for glass installation
  • Fasten glass into sashes or frames with clips, moldings, or other types of fasteners
  • Add weather seal or putty around pane edges to seal joints

Duties
Glaziers typically do the following:

MATERIAL HANDLER-MONROE, OHIO

  $13.50/HR TO START ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE   Perform pre-start checklist on forklift. Load and unload incoming and out-going trucks to meet customer.  Verify incoming materials for correctness, quantity and damage and place in designated locations.  Stage orders to be shipped and verify. Unload customer returns and rejected materials in designated areas and notify Quality Control. Obtain weights on special and UPS shipments. Maintain housekeeping in the warehouse, storage areas, and docks, removing and dumping trash or removing recyclables from these and manufacturing areas as necessary to maintain housekeeping. PRODUCTION OPERATOR-MONROE, OHIO

 $13.50/HR TO START ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Responsibilities:
Maintain all process documentation in a timely and accurate manner, and perform all pre-start
checklists, glue weights, tallies, and other job related audits and system checks. Read and follow standardized work and job instructions to manufacture, trim, inspect, and pack product in a safe and efficient manner to quantity and quality specifications of assigned work cell. Observe operation of machinery in assigned cell duties to provide quality parts in conformance to customer specifications. Perform duties as required and maintain housekeeping standards of cell assigned. Communicate effectively with other team members in the cell as well as attend all team meetings, problem solving sessions, training, shift meetings, etc.  Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.  This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); and minimum six months manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Ability to read elementary operating instructions, production boards, material labels, safety and hazard warnings, manuals, etc. and writing ability to complete process forms and related production reporting paperwork. Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

QUALITY INSPECTOR

We are hiring quality inspectors to perform visual inspection of automotive parts. $12.50/HR for Quality Inspectors.

ALL 3 shifts Available Requires a valid driver’s license and transportation.The inspectors are sent to our customer facilities off-site locally in the Dayton area. This is why a driver’s license is required. Some assignments are 30 miles outside of our area. For those assignments temps ride with one of the employees in a company car or rental car. We do not force temps to go on the assignment outside of the Dayton area, we ask for volunteers. Dress code is jeans, steel toe shoes and a t-shirt. No shorts, sweats, yoga pants or sleeveless shirts. We require a basic drug screen and a national background check (no felonies in the past 7 years).


Recycling Coordinator

2nd Shift Part Time with the possibility of Full time with in 6 months.  Must be able to complete Fork Truck Driver training with in 30 days.  Pre employment drug screen and background check is required. Physically capable of heavy lifting, loading and unloading materials weighing 50 lbs. bending, squatting, climbing repeatedly throughout the day. $13/hr

Welder/Fabricator

The position starts at $12.00 with the opportunity for a pay raise during and after 90 days commensurate with work performance.
